Team Chicago Shines at Inaugural Elite Academy Event

Team Chicago made a statement at our inaugural Elite Academy League event, delivering performances that showcased not only our quality, but the depth and potential of our entire program. Across all age groups, our teams combined for an impressive 11–2–5 record, a testament to the preparation, competitiveness, and commitment of our players and staff.

But the success went far beyond the results.

Throughout the weekend, multiple National Talent ID scouts recognized and highlighted several of our athletes for their standout play. These scouts, who evaluate players for the prestigious Elite Academy National Selection roster, took note of Team Chicago’s ability to compete at a national level—skill, intelligence, work rate, and game-changing moments all on full display.

Their evaluations have put several Team Chicago players firmly on the radar for potential selection to travel to Spain as part of the Elite Academy League’s National Selection program—an incredible opportunity that reflects years of consistent development and dedication.

This event marked an important moment for our club.
